"You baby seams too be doing fine. She is breathing on her own and all her organs are function properly.

"She? I have a daughter?"

"Yes, a beautiful one."

"And Annie? How's my wife?"

"Well Annie lost a lot of blood. She's going to need a transfusion."

"So give her one."

"Well, Annie is O-negative blood. It's not that common. We might need to go to another hospital to get more blood since she lost so much."

"I'm finally here. Sunset Beach."

Teresa looked around the small shops and restaurants until she found the one she was looking for, Java Web. "No doesn't my friend Ross's girlfriend's ex-husband own this? I just might have to use this to my own advantage."

As soon as Maria was out of the picture the better, All I need is one thing that will hammer the last nail into the coffin of their love.

"And Brianne is just the person I need to do that."

Unable to control his anger much longer Ross headed to Brianne's apartment. She had ruined everything he had worked so long for. But now? Maria hated him. Everybody in Sunset Beach knew that on the night his baby died he had been making love to another woman.

He tried to get his anger in check as her pounded on the door roughly.

Brianne answered the door in a bathrobe, which had obviously been hastily thrown on. "Ross what are you doing here?"

"We need to talk." Ross pushed Brianne back into the doorframe and pushed his way onto the apartment.

"I don't think there is anything that needs to be said Ross. Everything has pretty much been said."

"You have ruined my life Joella! And now you are going to pay for it."

"I didn't ruin your life, Ross. You ruined your life. I had no way of knowing you were engaged but you…all you wanted was to get laid."

"I love Maria."

"Then why did you make love to me? You couldn't have loved Maria that much."

"This isn't over, Bree. You will pay for having hurt Maria the way you did."

"You hurt Maria, Ross. Not me."

"You told her. I didn't want to hurt her. You ruined everything when you told Maria we made love and I promise you, Bree. You will live to regret it."

Angered Ross turned and left preparing to make good on his threats.

"Brianne Cummings will be sorry she ever messed with me."

Sara never thought she would see her marriage end but at this point things were just to far beyond repair.

"There is no way we can ever make this work. My marriage is over."

Sara sat alone on a deserted strip of beach thinking back to all she and Casey had been through…Congressman Blythe, Melinda, The Island, Sara's insecurities, and most of all Rae. She never thought Casey would have cheated on her but he had.

Tears streamed down Sara's face and she knew no one could possibly know what she was feeling.

"I loved you Casey. I never thought are life together would end but it is."

Gregory probably had gotten the divorcee papers to Gregory by now.

"Sara, I was hoping I would find you here."

"Rae? What do you want?" She asked standing up and crossing her arms over her chest in perfect Sara fashion. "Isn't it enough that you have ruined my marriage? Why did you come here? To gloat?"

"Casey told you?"

"Yes, Casey told me how her went to you house and almost made love to you."

"Almost made love to me? That boy must have a memory problem. We made love, Sara. No maybes about it."

"You bitch!"

"I'm sorry, Sara. Really I am. The entire time Casey and me we making love to each other if a way that only soulmates can my heart went out to you. It truly did."

Sara couldn't control herself any longer. She needed to see Rae feel just some of the pain that she was feeling right now at this very moment. "I hope you are happy Rae. You are getting what you want but remember this you were second choice, I was first."

Mustering up all the courage she could Sara forced herself to walk away from Rae without slapping that smug look of her face.

"Sorry, Sara. I win."

Unbeknownst to Sara or Rae a figure behind a dune stood watching them listening to ever word. "Sorry Rae. You won't win. Not if I have anything to do with it."

"Gabi? Bella? Lollie?" Paula stood at the bottom of the steps calling out all her sisters' names.

"Sshhhhh. Bella and Paula are still asleep. I and I like to keep it that why."

"Why would happened now?"

"Same as always. Those two probably have the most in common out of all of us but they are constantly at each others throats and I getting pretty sick of it." "What this time?"

"Bella brought up Antonio and Gabi brought up all of Bella's past mistakes."

"I'm sorry, I sure that's the last thing you need right now."

"I'm supposed to get my test results back today."

"Do you want me to go with you."

"No, I need to do this on my own."

"Are you sure?"

"I'll be fine. I hope."

"And if it's positive?"

"I don’t know what I will do if it's positive."

"I'm here, Lolita. I'm always going to be here. And even though it doesn't seam like it now Gabi and Bella are here for you too."

"I know, thanks. Paula?"

"Ya?"

"Come with me, please."

Paula reached over and hugged her sister not wanting to let her go, "Of course. I'll be there. Everything will work out, Lo, I promise."

Paula had no idea how mush Lolita wanted to believe that Paula's words would be true.

"Chris?"

"Yes, Gabi?"

"Do you have the prints?"

"Yes right here."

"Thanks."

"Gabi, I know you are my boss and everything but I was wondering, could we maybe, go out or something?"

"Like on a date?"

"Ya. You can say no if you want…"

"I'd love to."

"Really?"

"Ya. When?"

"Is tonight okay?"

"Perfect, pick me up at seven?"

"Okay."

***********************************************************************

"Maria?"

"Antonio? What are you doing back in Sunset Beach?" Maria asked wrapping her brother in a warm hug.

"I came to make sure you were ok."

"I've been better."

"I'm so sorry, Maria. For everything, Ross, Christina, and most of all...that I wasn't here for you during it all."

"It's okay. So many people here have helped me try and move on. I don't think Mama's ever been this supportive of me."

Antonio smiled think of his mother. She would be happy to see him as Maria was but would Ricardo? He knew that Gabi was back in Sunset Beach and that Paula and Ricardo had married. Ricardo had sent him an invation but Antonio knew it wold be best to decline.

"Ricardo?"

"You always know what I'm thinking."

"It's my job little brother. Have you seen him?"

"No, not yet."

"How about Gabi?"

"No I haven't seen her either."

"Why did you really come back, Antonio? I mean I know you are worried about me but you must have known that Ricardo, and Mama were here. Why did you really want to come back to Sunset Beach?"

"I was released from the parish in Hondoras. I didn't knew where to go Maria. Sunset Beach still feels like home."

"Then stay."

"What about Gabi and Ricardo?"

"Ricardo is happily married and he has totally forgiven you and Gabi."

"I love Gabi, Maria. I can't bear to see her happy with someone else."

"Tell her. She deserves to know how you feel."

"I will. I just don't know when I'll work up enough courage to.

***********************************************************************

She stood at her desk, a pencil keeping her hair tightly wrapped in a bun. A simple black dress clung to her perfect figure. He stood there mesmerized by her presence. "Gabi." He wispered.

Gabi turned sharply. She knew the voice. It was like non other. "Antonio." She said wrapping her arms around him and let herself again be held by Antonio. "I missed you so much, Antonio. I'm glad you're back."

But neither saw Chris walk in and see their tight embrace or the pain that linger on his face as a single tear fell from his eye and glided down his cheek. He turned and walked back into his office not wanted either of them to see his tears.
